Our aim is always to keep our patients safe. Therefore during the move to Step 4 of the COVID-19 roadmap from July 19th, we will continue to request all non-exempt patients wear a face covering during their visits to us and a maintain social distancing, due to the higher risk associated with healthcare sites.
The Chief Dental Officer England states that even after 19th July 2021, “Staff, patients and visitors are expected to continue to follow social distancing rules when visiting any care setting as well as using face coverings, masks and other personal protection equipment.”
This protocol is in line with guidance issued by Public Health England, as part of the ongoing fight against COVID-19, and allows our patients the highest possible chance of remaining infection-free.
